OMG! agreed %100000!!! Why do I have to tip someone bcs he or she rings up my coffee? aren't you supposed to be doing your job because you are getting paid for it? I traveled 6-7 different countries and no other places tips as much as we do. People there go above and beyond to get tip money. It became such and obligation here and you don't even get anything extra or special as the consumer.
