No. Premium Tom On-Demand Library is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current billing cycle, but you won’t be billed again.
Please note that your account is only eligible for CC updating if you have purchased your most recent subscription AFTER the relaunch of the PremiumTom.com website on September 20th, 2014.
If you do not have the Update option for your subscription, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Some users visiting the site may have adblock (a browser plugin) enabled which may remove images from pages on the PremiumTom site. Please either disable your adblock OR whitelist PremiumTom.com so that you can sign-up!
Chrome currently has a reported bug https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=324653 that prevents more than 6 open connections to https connections. This is a bug that Google is looking at fixing soon, but in the meantime, please use another browser if you experience files not loading or being available to download.

In order to change your password just follow the steps below.
- Login to your user account at http://www.premiumtom.com/user or using the login form on the right hand side of the page
- If you are already logged in, scroll to the bottom right hand of the page and hit My Account
- While viewing your account, hit the Edit button
- You can now update your account information
- Scroll to the bottom and hit Save.
