..I think eventually everyone will be exposed to this thing.

I'm not doing takeout either, Tom. I take precautions when I need to go out, and that is about it. Problem is, a lot of people are running out of available credit on their cards. They're probably very low on funds, if they have them at all.

The next danger besides the virus will be the desperate people who have no other option. My guess is some food riots by people who don't have a way to pay.

Stay away from central distribution locations, for whatever supplies, if you can.

Spot on in terms of delivery food being a possible vector.

Even non delivered food is a risk - In supermarkets, people are still squeezing avacados and placing them back! Or picking a loaf to check the date before placing it on the shelf for the next person!

From the LA Times -- https://www.latimes.com/california/story/2020-03-27/25-year-olds-coronav...

This is the California age range for coronavirus patients:

Age 0-17: 45 cases
Age 18-49: 1,906 cases
Age 50-64: 967 cases
Age 65 and older: 847 cases
Unknown: 36 cases

Peak is below 50 years old. Interesting, eh? What if everyone had it wrong and it was younger versus majority older that are susceptible?

Corona is spread via the respiratory system. It does not survive in the digestive system.

Distancing and isolation are not intended primarily to protect individuals from the virus. It is predicted that virtually everyone will contract the virus eventually. The goal is to delay the spread of the virus until such a time that the medical infrastructure can support the sick individuals.

As a numbers person I am pretty sure you will agree with me. It irritates me that statistics on Corona are expressed in numbers of cases. I want to see percentages. Straight numbers of cases don't tell me anything.
