In the stages of grief, looks like Tom is at "acceptance" since he's encouraging everyone to do whatever they're going to do anyway. (Sarcastically of course, but it still applies.)

As for Tom's "Hermetically Sealed Ranch", I doubt it, dude. You get deliveries from your hired help. You go to town. Like all of us, you're going to get exposed eventually. But don't worry, I won't be gloating about you getting sick. I don't kick people when they're down.

Outdated Charts from June 20, and show it on July 2?
Your link from Scribd showed a brain dead Comparison between New York and Switzerland. TallTim do you know what population density is ? I bet you don't just like the graph on Scribd .
New York city has an extremely high population density of 26,403 people per square mile.
Talltim, Do you know how much for Switzerland?
"The population density in Switzerland is 219 per Km2 (567 people per mi2).'
26,403 vs 567
Lean math first, Read your own link and don't embarrass your self.

First, I didn't create these slides, they were created by an analyst at DB. If you have an issue with any of them, contact him using the info at the end of the slide deck.

Nice try though, I think your TDS is showing. Emotionalists often make the mistake of attacking first, and thinking second.

The rest of the slides are macro charts. Some will get a lot of value from these given the timeframe is in months, not next week -- so the June 20th issue date isn't a problem, unless you're one of those clueless RobinHood traders.

You 'talltim' showed me a web link with charts, now YOU are distancing your self and pointing fingers and want me to contact a analyst at DB? ... Nice try, you sound like a politician.

'...The rest of the slides are macro charts. Some will get a lot of value from these given the timeframe is in months, not next week so the June 20th issue date isn't a problem... "
Events happened from June 20 to to July 2 , please continue embarrassing your self.
TallTim Emotionally Posted a link with questionable charts, ' "SOME" will get a lot of value in coming months'.....LOL other charts will make you loose money like the clueless people who invested in BitConnect.

... Yeah, I get it, I called you out and pointed out that the slides weren't mine -- which you assumed they were -- and now you're too embarrassed to recant.

As for the charts, a poor carptenter blames his tools. I find them valuable, because I actually trade on a level that isn't RobinHood zero-fee retail. I'm doing quite well, the economic impact from this WuFlu scare as been zero to me.

Shame you let your emotions rule you instead of reason, you'd never make it in the market with that mindset.

Emotionalists say '200 charts don't lie' post a link with charts and then back pedal on the links bad quality charts , You can always be a politician on those Opioid addict Red states like West Virginia .

Hadn't listened to the show in a bit, but come on Tom. I'm not acting like covid isn't real. But you live in the assbackwards capital of the U.S. except for NYC. Remember when they thought It could kill 3 million people? And yet now I'm supposed to be concerned about it hitting 120k a whole quarter year later, mostly elderly?

Perhaps you haven't been getting out. I haven't missed a single day of work and been around plenty of people. Been fine. Even if I weren't, the surgeon general said months ago to expect to get it. So even if I did, I'd end up fine in the end, just like 95% (19 in 20) other people. I mean, seriously. They economy has been f'd with WAY more than covid ever was going to. Even flattening the curve just means extending the inevitable to manageable levels but the same amount just over a lengthier time. Arguably not even better. If due to your age or health status you are more concerned, I get it. But a lemming is a lemming. I read right through the headlines and Always upon further investigation they Always play up the Max negative and downplay the countless positives. You don't think shutting down the economy is not giving away your self evident rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? It sure as hell is. But hey, if the left can fuck up the economy and use a disease as an excuse then blame the pres, they'd Love to.

I'd really implore you to re-examine your stance on this. Stay safe, but in the word of Gary & Dino..."Don't be Stupid." Believing the narrative that is pushed is Definitely sipping something (koolaid).

Sincerely,
a healthier than pre-covid yet out each single day listener.

Guess who said this?
January 22: “We have it totally under control”!
January 24: “It will all work out well”!
January 30: “We have it very well under control, and I think it’s going to have a very good ending. So that I can assure you”!
February 2: “Well, we pretty much shut it down coming in from China, but we did shut it down!”
February 10: "dies with the hotter weather” "You know, a lot of people think that goes away in April with the heat.”
February 24: "The Coronavirus is very much under control in the USA.”
February 25: ” you may ask about the coronavirus, which is very well under control in our country. We have very few people with it, and the people that have it are … getting better.”
February 26: "is a flu"
February 26: "going very substantially down" to "close to zero”
February 27:"It's going to disappear. One day -- it's like a miracle -- it will disappear.”
etc
etc
etc.
Hopefully you are not drinking Coolaid flavor Clorox and shining a Light up your Rear.

Here's those Wuhan Flu stats that nobody wants to discuss -- since its inconvenient for the ones that rely on fear and panic to drive their own agendas.

Also interesting how there wasn't a spike in deaths from all those riots and protests, eh? Its almost as if all the virus news isn't being accurately portrayed.

People that get triggered by Trump can't stand that he isn't worried and never wears a mask. They turn a pandemic into a political issue. It's not the bubonic plague for Christ's sake... it's a bad flu.

So we're going to mock everyone who wanted to see their families after three months and went to a Trump rally, but we're not going to mention the millions of people who crowded the streets for weeks on end protesting? The spike in cases has nothing to do with the mass of people marching around every city demonstrating about something that happened hundreds or thousands of miles away? It's stupid for one set people to complain about all their rights and freedoms being trampled but completely acceptable for the other, who are even more flagrant in their disregard of "Social distancing guidelines" to be complaining, protesting, gathering, and rioting in response to one man's rights being trampled in another city? We're not going to mention how one kind of protest was mocked and vilified but another was sanctioned and actively encouraged by most levels of government?

Submitted by Kazuyac on

Here we go with the "You're not going to say anything about the protests?" argument. Look, the folks who are out there protesting (for a damned valid reason I might add) are a DROP IN THE BUCKET compared to the 1/2 witted morons who are going out, socializing, and intermingling WITHOUT MASKS as though there isn't a global pandemic currently taking place. Tom and others are absolutely right in calling out that moronic behavior.

Tom, my mouth dropped when I heard about the COVID parties. This sounds an awful like when young teenage girls would bet who could get pregnant first! Can't believe how stupid some of the younger generations are. Not in general, but AMERICAN young people! Why would you risk death in order to make a little bit of money? All I can say is, we need to go on lockdown again. I've been inside my home every day I am able to since mid-March for my own safety, but American people still do not take this pandemic seriously
