OMG, Chinese Government accounting ? Careful Tom, Matthew From china can easily B.S. you.

The only ETD i recommend is ARKK, ARK Innovation ETF. up 171% in the last 12 months.

Morningstar, my bible, rates this fund GOLD. So I have gone with it and I'm up over 5% in the first three days. Your mileage may vary. Also, this is NOT an ETF. Do some reading. I do not recommend ETDs here.

My Costco Visa reward for 2020 was $309.81. That, and a nice fat 2020 Q4 bonus from my job I received yesterday, all went into my dream home down payment fund. My paycheck and bonus yesterday was the most money I’ve received in a single day ever. I passed my 20% down payment goal and growing. Currently drawing up plans and searching for that perfect piece of land to build my own dream home.
Regarding real estate… want to share with Leykis listeners: I'm keeping an eye on Starlink satellite Internet service. I signed up for the beta, but didn't get in. If it is successful, it means ubiquitous high speed Internet access on surface of the Earth. If that happens, the places I could build my dream home opens up to anywhere. It might mean I’m able to buy more or cheaper land to build my final resting place dream home. I have to have reliable high speed Internet for work. In Florida, Hughes and the other existing satellite ISP’s get very poor ratings.
Zero debt, no ex’s, no crumb crunchers, no family court attorney fees... whew! Growing piles of cash and investments feels amazing in 2021! Thank you again Tom.

Hi Tom, long long time fan I love you! second time writing in, I'll get to the point.

What would you do if you LOST 95 to 100% of your fortune and you DIDN'T have the money from your pod cast coming in?

What would you do if you LOST 95 to 100% of your fortune and you DID have the money from your pod cast coming in?

Would you be so heart broken that you couldn't go on? Would you go look for a job? Would you start some sort of business? What would your thought be and so on?

I think this would be a great subject for a show, because I'm sure so many of your listener have or know someone who has lost it all. It would be great to hear your thoughts on this topic and to hear what you think you would do in this situation personally.

Tell us how we can safe guard ourselfs from loosing it all as best we can, and if we do loose it all how do we keep a cool head and make it all back or make a come back.
Love to hear your thoughts and input

I love you Tom!! And I've never been MORE GREATFUL FOR 4 YEAR TERM LIMITS FOR PRESIDENT!! THANK GOD FOR THE US CONSTITUTION AND OUR FOUNDING FATHERS.

LOVE AND MUCH RESPECT:
