"HE'S NOT AN INSURRECTIONST. HE"S GOT FOXITIS!" Accused Capitol rioter Delaware's Anthony Antonio claims he was only at the US Capitol on January 6th because a roommate had constantly exposed him to Fox News and that, as a result, he contracted something his attorney Joseph Hurley called "Foxitis". Hear Tom's interview with Joseph Hurley and decide for yourself: is there such a thing as "Foxitis"?

Does "Foxitis" remind you of the "Twinkie Defense"?

That's all well and good, but I would absolutely vote to convict. He is an insurrectionist not just a trespasser. He choose, evidently to live under the barrage of Fox News, to not exercise critical or analytical thinking, to not use basic logic. So what? He's the victim here, he fell in with evil companions? The devil made me do it? He was just a peacemaker? Mr. Hurley sit down I have heard enough.

People will always find an excuse for their actions I consider an evangelical Christian but won't see me doing things like this but at the same time I'm an independent so I don't care about any political party.
