Someone who lost 2 legs to diabetes probably had mineral and vitamin deficiencies. That poor glucose control causes very frequent urination (to remove the excess sugar from the body), thereby leaching beneficial vitamins and minerals as well. We already know that most people dying of Covid have Vitamin D and Zinc deficiencies. He would have been ok if he had rectified the deficiencies. Covid is not that scary - it just kills people with vitamin D and mineral deficiencies. Side note: staying indoors all the time deprives us of the Vitamin D created on our skin by the sun. Sunshine is very healthy.
