BMI: 35.5
"Your BMI is 35.5!!!!!! For fucks sake man! 30.0 and above and YOU ARE OBESE!!!! Slow it down man! Maybe stop putting all that shit junk food down your big fat trap dummy."
OK so I took a bit of writer embellishment artistic license. The CDC website did not give me that result. Although, maybe it should?

Me Today December 6 2021:
167 pounds
BMI: 26.2
"Your BMI is 26.2, indicating your weight is in the Overweight category for adults of your height. For your height, a healthy weight range would be from 118 to 159 pounds."

Alright. I'll keep going.

Thanks Tom, for these shows. I love them. I'm just starting this healthy living journey, but I find the shows informative and motivating. Keep them up.

Any idea when the Zoom session will occur?
